This Privacy Policy explains what information TrueWay Local ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit our website or purchase The Realtor Launch Kit, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

Order information when you purchase a kit
Intake details — brokerage, license information, target market areas, brand colors, and uploaded files such as your headshot and logo

Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and advertising measurement (see Section 5)

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers we share with

We use trusted third-party tools to run the business. They receive only the information needed to do their job:

Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we don't store them.
Google (Forms, Drive, Workspace) — intake forms, file delivery, and email.
Canva — the platform your editable files are delivered through.
Meta — advertising measurement, if you arrived via an ad (see Section 5).

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

5. Cookies & advertising

We use cookies for basic site functionality and, when running ads, to measure their performance. This may include the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand whether visitors who arrive from an ad go on to take an action like a purchase. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

We aim to keep tracking limited to what's useful for running and measuring the business — not invasive profiling.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your kit, provide support, and meet legal or tax obligations. You can ask us to delete information we're not required to retain — just email us.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and work with established providers (Stripe, Google, and others) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we treat your information with care.

Our services are intended for real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
