These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the TrueWay Local Launch programs (the 30-Day Launch and the 90-Day Client Launch) and related services from TrueWay Local ("we," "us," or "our"). By ordering, you agree to these Terms. Please read them. They are written to be clear, not to trap you.
TrueWay Local creates custom-branded marketing materials and mentorship for real estate agents. The 30-Day Launch includes a Business Launch Kit (social media templates, market report PDFs, branded buyer and seller guides, a listing presentation deck, and a home valuation lead magnet, delivered as editable template files) plus 30 days of 1-on-1 mentorship. The 90-Day Client Launch includes everything in the 30-Day Launch, a custom-built website, and 90 days of 1-on-1 mentorship. Exact deliverables are as described on our website at the time of your order.
You must be at least 18 years old and a real estate professional (or authorized to act for one) to purchase. The program is designed for real estate agents across the United States.
We complete your Business Launch Kit before your first coaching call, once you have submitted your intake form and provided your brand assets. On the 90-Day Client Launch, your custom website is built within the first 30 days. Delays in providing your materials will extend these timelines accordingly.
Your kit is covered by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. After you review the first draft, send us your requested changes and we'll keep revising until you're happy with the finished kit.

Because every kit is custom work produced specifically for you, you may request a full refund at any time before we begin building it. For example, if after your intake you decide it isn't the right fit. Once your custom kit has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, but the Happiness Guarantee still applies and we'll keep working until it's right. If a genuine problem ever arises, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
Digital products sold separately on our website (such as The Established Agent Kit guide bundle) carry the refund policy stated on their own purchase page: email hello@truewaylocal.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it.
Once your kit is delivered and paid for in full, you own the custom files we create for you and may use, edit, and reuse them for your own real estate business indefinitely.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the templates to other agents as their own, or present TrueWay Local's underlying template system as your own product. The underlying design framework and any TrueWay Local branding remain our property.
You grant us permission to reference the general fact that we worked together and to display non-confidential sample work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
You agree not to use our materials or services for anything unlawful, misleading, or in violation of real estate advertising or fair housing requirements. You're responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any content you publish using the program.
Your kit is delivered and used through third-party platforms such as Canva, Google Drive, Stripe, and a scheduling tool. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their availability or actions.
We deliver professional marketing materials and coaching, not guaranteed business results. Real estate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and how you use the materials. The program is provided "as is," and we make no warranty that it will generate any specific number of leads, listings, or closings.
The signed-client guarantee on the 90-Day Client Launch, as described on our website, is a commitment to continue coaching you at no additional charge if you have not signed your first client within 90 days, provided you complete the weekly actions we agree on and attend your calls. It extends the coaching period; it is not a warranty of specific business results and does not create a right to a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms as the business evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
