These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Realtor Launch Kit and related services from TrueWay Local ("we," "us," or "our"). By ordering, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to trap you.
TrueWay Local creates custom-branded marketing materials for Florida real estate agents. The Realtor Launch Kit includes social media templates, market report PDFs, branded buyer and seller guides, a listing presentation deck, and a home valuation lead magnet, delivered as editable Canva files. Exact deliverables are as described on our website at the time of your order.
You must be at least 18 years old and a real estate professional (or authorized to act for one) to purchase. The kit is designed for the Florida market; if you work elsewhere, contact us before ordering.
We deliver the completed kit within 48 hours of your completed intake. The 48-hour window begins once you have submitted your intake form and provided your brand assets, not at the moment of purchase. Delays in providing materials will extend the timeline accordingly.
One round of revisions is included in the price. After you review the first draft, submit one consolidated list of requested changes. Additional revision rounds are available for a flat fee, quoted before any work begins.
Because every kit is custom work produced specifically for you, fees are non-refundable once design work has begun. Your satisfaction is supported through the intake call (so we're aligned before building) and the included revision round (so the result fits your brand). If a genuine problem arises, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
Once your kit is delivered and paid for in full, you own the custom files we create for you and may use, edit, and reuse them for your own real estate business indefinitely.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the templates to other agents as their own, or present TrueWay Local's underlying template system as your own product. The underlying design framework and any TrueWay Local branding remain our property.
You grant us permission to reference the general fact that we worked together and to display non-confidential sample work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
You agree not to use our materials or services for anything unlawful, misleading, or in violation of real estate advertising or fair housing requirements. You're responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any content you publish using the kit.
Your kit is delivered and used through third-party platforms such as Canva, Google Drive, Stripe, and a scheduling tool. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their availability or actions.
We deliver professional marketing materials — not guaranteed business results. Real estate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and how you use the materials. The kit is provided "as is," and we make no warranty that it will generate any specific number of leads, listings, or closings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the kit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms as the business evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
