My story

I've spent 13 years as a licensed Florida REALTOR®, and I'm still closing deals today.

I didn't come into this from marketing. I came into it from the field. Showings, listing appointments, inspections, financing that fell through at the last second, and a whole lot of closing tables. Along the way I built a title company in Southwest Florida, became a partner in a company building affordable Florida homes, and started a mentorship service for agents who want to take this seriously.

That last one is where TrueWay Local came from. Through The Closing Class, I kept hearing the same thing from newer agents: "I know how to do the work. I just don't look like it online." Their marketing was either an off-the-shelf template pack, their broker's standard materials, or whatever they could throw together in Canva at 11pm.

"I'm not a designer who picked up real estate. I'm an agent who got tired of watching good people look generic."

So I built the thing I wish those agents had. A complete, custom-branded marketing kit, made for Florida specifically, delivered fast, and yours to keep. No subscription, no shared template library anyone can buy into.

Why TrueWay Local exists

Three things that needed to change.

Generic shouldn't be the only affordable option

Custom branding usually means an agency budget. Affordable usually means the same templates as everyone else. Nobody was offering custom work at a price a newer agent could actually justify. So I did.

Florida isn't a generic market

Flood zones, hurricane disclosures, impact windows, snowbird buyers, seasonal swings. National template services skip all of it. Marketing made for "agents everywhere" doesn't connect with Florida clients.
