Who is this for?
Florida agents, especially anyone licensed in the last few years who wants to look as established as the top agents in their market. Works for solo agents and small teams. If you've been at this 20 years with a marketing director, you probably don't need it.
I'm brand new. Is it too early for this?
Nope, early is actually the best time. Agents who look consistent and put-together from day one earn trust faster. With a custom kit, your brand doesn't have to catch up later. It looks intentional from your first post and your first listing appointment.
What exactly do I get for $497?
30 custom social media templates, 4 personalized market report PDFs, a branded buyer's guide and seller's guide, a listing presentation deck, and a home valuation lead magnet. All built around your brand and delivered as editable Canva files, with a round of revisions included.
Do I have to be in Florida?
The kit is built for the Florida market: flood zones, hurricane disclosures, snowbird buyers, seasonal swings. If you work somewhere else, reach out before ordering and we'll talk about whether it's a fit. More on that in the next question.
What if my market isn't in Florida?
Right now I'm focused on Florida, because the Florida-specific content is a big part of what makes the kit better than the national template services. If you're outside Florida and still interested,

What's included & what's editable
What's actually editable?
All of it. Every template, report, guide, and slide comes as a Canva file you can open and change. Swap the text, update a listing, change a photo, adjust a price. It's a living set of tools, not flat images you can't touch.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Nope. Everything works on the free version of Canva. Pro is nice if you want brand kits and batch editing, but you don't need it for anything in your kit.
Can I match my existing brand, or do you create one?
Both. If you've already got colors, a logo, and a headshot, I build around them. If you're starting from scratch, we'll sort out a clean, professional look during intake. Either way it stays consistent across every piece.
Are the market reports real data or placeholders?
They're built with real data for your areas at the time of delivery, set up so you can refresh the numbers yourself each month. The design stays the same, you just drop in the new figures.
Can I change colors and fonts later as my brand evolves?
Yes. Since you own the editable Canva files, you can change colors, fonts, and layouts whenever your brand changes. Nothing's locked.
Can I add my own listings and content to the templates?
Absolutely, that's the whole point. The social templates are made for you to drop in new listings, photos, stats, and copy as you go. Build it once, reuse it forever.
Delivery & revisions
How long until I get the kit?
48 hours from your intake. After you order, you fill out a short form (and grab a quick call if you want one). Once I've got your brand details, I build everything custom and send a Google Drive link with all the editable files.

When does the 48-hour clock start?
When you send your intake form, not the second you pay. I need your brand details before I can build anything, so fill it out right after you order and things move fast.
Do we have to get on a call?
Not unless you want to. The intake form covers most of it. If we do hop on, it's a quick chat about your brand, your neighborhoods, your voice, and the clients you want more of, so the kit ends up sounding and looking like you.
How many revisions are included?
One full round. After you look over the first draft, send me your changes in one list and I'll make them before final delivery. Most agents only need a tweak or two.
What if I need more revisions after that?
Anything past the first round is a small flat fee, quoted up front so nothing surprises you. And since you own the editable files, a lot of little changes are things you can do yourself in seconds.
How do I receive the files?
Through a shared Google Drive folder with organized, editable Canva links, all clearly labeled so you can find the just-listed template or the seller's guide without hunting around.
Ownership & usage
Do I own the files?
Yes. Once it's delivered, the kit is yours to use and re-edit as your business grows. No expiration, no monthly fee to keep using what you paid for.
Can I share the files with my assistant or team?
Yes, you can share them with an assistant or team members who help with your marketing. The license is for you and your business, so please don't resell the templates or hand them to other agents as their own.
What happens if I change brokerages?
Your kit goes with you. Since everything's editable, you just update your brokerage name, logo, and any required disclosures, and you're set. Your personal brand doesn't reset every time you switch shops.
Will this follow my brokerage's advertising rules?
Yes. Your brokerage name, license number, and any disclosures your broker requires go right on the materials, so everything lines up with your brokerage's guidelines and Florida's advertising rules. You just list them on your intake form and I build them in.
Can I use these for paid ads or printing?
Yes. Use them for organic social, paid ads, print flyers, listing presentations, wherever your marketing lives. Canva exports print-ready files when you need them.
Are the templates exclusive to me?
Your specific build, your colors, headshot, voice, and content, is yours. The underlying layouts are part of the TrueWay Local system, but no other agent gets a kit that looks like yours, and I don't sell your branded files to anyone.
Pricing, refunds & what's next
Is this a subscription?
No. The Realtor Launch Kit is a one-time $497. There's an optional monthly add-on if you want fresh templates and reports each month, but it's completely optional and we only talk about it after your kit is delivered.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every kit is custom work built just for you, refunds aren't available once I've started designing. What protects you instead is the process: we get aligned up front before I build, and you get a full round of revisions so the finished kit actually feels like you. If something isn't right, we fix it.
Why $497, and is it really one-time?
Yes, one time. I priced it at $497 so a newer agent can actually justify it. It's about the cost of one nice closing gift, for a full custom marketing kit you own forever. One closing you win by looking more established pays for it many times over.
What's the monthly content option?
After your kit's delivered, you can optionally sign up for a monthly content drop: new templates, fresh market reports, and ongoing support for $97/month, cancel anytime. It's a "want more" option, never something you need to keep your kit working.
Do you offer websites or Google Business Profile help?
Yeah. Once your kit's delivered, there are add-ons if you want more: a custom website on the same brand, and full Google Business Profile setup. We only get into those after the kit, and only if you're interested.
